Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Trick or Tail! Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order to the United States. There is no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5-11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Halloween deadline

To receive your costume before Halloween, we recommend placing your order by October 15.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take 2-3 business days to appear after shipping.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days or your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at support@trickortailpets.com with your order number and we will help you.
