How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and usually arrive within 5-11 business days in the US. Shipping is free on every order. To get your costume before Halloween, we recommend ordering by October 15.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pet's chest (around the widest part) and back length (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail), then compare with the size chart in the product photos. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger size.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us at support@trickortailpets.com with your order number.
What if it doesn't fit or arrives damaged?
Just email us at support@trickortailpets.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll work with you to make it right. See our refund policy in the footer for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.
